Iymaani Jones is a special educator with over 20 years of experience as a teacher, coach, and leader. She possesses advanced training and certificates in the Orton Gillingham multisensory approach to reading, developing individualized educational plans, education diagnostics, and applied behavioral analysis.
As an educational diagnostician, she is able to administer assessments used to identify special education programming and placement for students with special educational needs. Additionally, her applied behavior analysis training allows her to develop behavioral intervention plans for students.

Alvin is an education veteran whose experience spans over 20 years as a teacher, data analyst, and school leader. His vast experiences include being a STEM teacher, master programmer, supervisor of special education and English language learners, assistant principal and principal. As a school leader he developed data systems for quick disaggregation and analysis of assessment data that identified student progress and needs. These systems helped to inform curriculum, improve instruction, and accelerate student support and academic outcomes.
His experience also encompasses school budgeting, attendance, and security. He is adept at developing policies and procedures that address improvement in critical school improvement areas such as climate, attendance, and technology.
